Registration
On site registration shall begin Wednesday 21st September, between 12.00am-05.pm,
at the Registration desks located in the hotels recommanded by the organizing agency, as well
as the Congress Secretariat, which will be opened at the Faculty of Medicine, 66 Maresal
Ion Antonescu street, starting with 21st September between 12.00am-05.00pm and 22nd-24th September
07.30am-08.00pm

Accomodation
Reservation is possible through Tera Travel Agency.
The local organizing committee will provide accomodation, meals, and the pleasant social
program.
Please confirm your participation by e-mail and let us know your travel schedule. Please let us
know the theme (title) of your presentation and the support you prefer for the visuals
(Power Point presentation, slides or transparencies). The invited speakers' lectures
are planned as 30 minutes talks.

Official languages
The official languages of the Congress are Romanian and English. Simultaneous
translation will be provided to the foreign guests.

Medical devices, pharmaceutical products and medical textbooks exhibition
will be opened from 22nd September, 09.00 am and 24th September 01.00 pm

|
Transportation during Congress
During the Congress, transportation will be provided from/to hotel
to/from the Congress and the dinner places.

Travel Information
International guests will be provided with free transportation from
Bucharest to Craiova (about 200km) by car.
Please let us know travel schedule, in order to arrange your transportation
from/to Bucharest and to book your rooms.

Climate
September in Craiova is usually warm.
The temperatures range from a minimum 12 degrees Celsius to 24.
The average temperature of September is 18 degrees Celsius.
Rain is not usual in our temperate climate. Warmer clothing and umbrellas
might be necessary.

4th National Congress, which is going to be held in Craiova, on 21st-24th September 2005.
Widely known and well recognised specialists in Nephrology from Romania and from abroad will
honour our COngress. That is why we are hoping to host a high standard meeting, convering
